Some people with ASD have sensitive feelings, such as catching sounds which not relative to themselves. In other words. These sensibilities are excellent talents for them. For example, if people with ASD continue tasks in the office, they need to know what the manager and colleagues would like to do. I recommend they utilize this sensibility. It contains keywords associated with works that colleagues said.
Also, people with ASD are often bewildered by the change in the situation. To illustrate, some colleagues suddenly sighed after calling customers. If they know the situation, they can continue tasks. However, if they did not know about this situation, they were probably bewildered.
