The stacked bar chart illustrates how customers assessed five stations: Rind, Core, Uphill, Mong, and Lite. This rate consists of a 5-level scale: Excellent, Very good, Average, Poor and Bad.

Overall, it was evident that the Uphill station is the most satisfying station of all five stations. 35 percent of customers assessed this station as “excellent” or “very good”. Likewise, some customers evaluated Mong and Lite stations as “very good.” Also, 30 percent of customers appraised these stations as “average”. As a result, these 3 stations received high evaluations.

In contrast, half of the customers evaluated Core Station as “poor” or “bad”. Also, 30 percent of customers answered Rind station is “poor” or “bad”. 30 percent of customers evaluated this station as  “very good.”

Overall, while there is variation between the five stations, each one was evaluated as “very good” or “excellent” by roughly half the respondents and “average” or below by the other half.
