Nowadays, some people like to have European and American breakfasts. In contrast, some people prefer to have a Japanese breakfast. I believe that both types of breakfasts have many advantages. This essay will explain some of those advantages.

On the one hand, a Western-style breakfast contains animal proteins such as eggs, milk, and sausages. This nutrition contains a lot of energy. As a result, people can enjoy energetic activities such as sports. Also, this breakfast includes some fruits, such as apples, and oranges. Fruits contain vitamin and sugar content. For this reason, people can study with a clear brain. Besides, the Western-style breakfast can be prepared in a short time, such as consisting of toast, salad, and a sunny side egg. As a result, people can have breakfast even on a busy morning.

On the other hand, people can take in well-balanced nutrition through Japanese-style breakfast. For example, Miso is made from soybeans. Also, the ingredients of Miso soup contain vegetables, such as cabbage and spinach. As a result, people can keep a healthy balance. Besides, Japanese-style breakfast can be enjoyable for all generations. Some elderly people can teach grandchildren how to eat this breakfast such as how to use chopsticks. For this reason, all members of the family can enjoy this kind of meal.

To sum up, a Western-style breakfast can give energy and be prepared easily. Japanese breakfast can help one keep a healthy balance and can be enjoyed with all families. Overall, people can enjoy both breakfasts in their appropriate situations.
