Hotel or Japanese Inn (IELTS Task2)

Q: Some people like to stay in a hotel. Conversely, other people prefer staying in Japanese inns. Discuss both views and give your opinions. Write at least 250 words.

As the COVID-19 pandemic declined, many tourists restarted their excellent trips. But some tourists ponder the best accommodation, hotel or Japanese Inn. In my case, I believe that most tourists can stay comfortably by choosing a hotel as accommodation.

On the one hand, Japanese inns have several advantages. For instance, customers can feel the seasonal atmosphere. Sophisticated ingredients make Kaiseki Cuisine. Even vegan guests can taste Japanese Shojin cuisine. Second, families can come together and organize family banquets at Japanese inns. For instance, some related members live in the Kanto region (around Tokyo), and others live in the Kansai region (around Kyoto and Osaka). They can talk about each background in a Japanese banquet room. Such banquets can bond their relationship and memorable photos together.

On the other hand, modern big hotels have sophisticated facilities, such as guest rooms. For example, guests can do online work in the room. Most hotels have electronic equipment. For such reason, business trippers can connect their laptop computer. Next, each room in the hotel can protect the noisy voice. To illustrate, participants in webinars struggle with looking for meeting rooms. The hotel can provide a quiet room to listen to online lecture meetings without stress. Consequently, they can discuss meaningful progress on their project.

To summarize, the hotel and the Japanese inn have both advantages. For their purpose, guests can select their best choices. But if my company should choose the best one, I definitely would stay in the hotel because of the comfort of working.
