Job Seeking (IELTS Task2)

Q: Most seekers are looking for jobs from designated agencies. On the other hand, some job seekers are increasing who attempt to visit their interest companies. Discuss both views and give your opinions. Write at least 250 words.

In general, most jobseekers often visit public employment offices seeking jobs. But some seekers are increasing who often spontaneously see their interested persons in charge of the company. In my stance, that supports that jobseekers visit their interest companies. I will explain both advantages.

On the one hand, some seekers do not have a computer. For such reasons, seekers obtain seeking requirements in the public employment office. Furthermore, recruiters can provide their work requirements at a reasonable fare. Most seekers can apply for such kinds of jobs. Also, some recruitment agencies have required an additional fee for job seekers. In other words, recruiters can see the financial power of such seekers. As a result, they can select a great person.

On the other hand, there are a lot of advantages that seekers visiting a person who is in charge of executives. First, recruiters can hear their personalities. For instance, seekers with developmental disabilities can demonstrate one of the tasks as a trial. Recruiters can look at the behaviours of seekers. Consequently, they can insight into their requirements for each other. Next, in the case of common acquaintances works at the office that the seeker visit. Seekers and recruiters can know unexpected perspectives from such acquaintances. For example, that acquaintance prefers activities, such as a trip. They can talk about topics which they know well as small talk. For such reason, they can consider compromising on which points.

To sum up, seekers and recruiters are people. I believe that seekers and recruiters meet in the office, and they can see each advantage.
