In general, the morning on weekdays is the busiest time of the day for typical students or working persons. They have to prepare everything, such as wearing clothes, making (or having) breakfast and checking their belongings. These tasks are essential skills for them to spend their lives. In my opinion, if they get up in the early morning, they would be drastically changed their lives. This essay will explain the merits of getting up in the early morning.

First, the morning is an appropriate time to do study or work. Typical students get up at about 6:00 a.m.; however, if they get up at 4:00 a.m., students can obtain more than 2 hours of their own time. As a result, they can focus on the study before morning preparations.

Next, students and working people can avoid peak time in the morning. Typically, the Japanese school and office start at 9:00 a.m. For this reason, the train or bus is always chronically filled with many passengers between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. In contrast, some American (or Canadian) workers go to the workplace at 7:00 a.m. spontaneously. As a result,  they can start work in the best conditions.

Finally, some workers can communicate with other people who work for different jobs. In particular, the brain in the morning is so clear. Thus, they can hear unique opinions from different perspectives.

In conclusion, the morning gives time, energy, and positive thinking. Overall, I believe that people should get up in the early morning.
