I have officially been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). That is a hybrid of ADHD. Honestly, I’m not adept at managing both time and money well. Such people should plan a personal strategy for keeping their total balance. In other words, they deal well with both time and money.
The commute is a challenge for most people. At peak hours, many passengers are on the way to work or school by train or bus. They would consume about 50% of their motivation on commuting. As a result, they feel stressed and lose motivation to study or work. On the other hand, some passengers can avoid peak times well. I always admire people who can treat such managing skills as one of their essential skills.
Fortunately, I am an early bird. I became such a person for three reasons. During my childhood, my mother trained me to run every weekday morning. Second, I had been working in newspaper shops to get scholarships. I had to get up at 3:00 a.m. to deliver newspapers to local customers in my 20s. Third, I was a hotel worker. Some hotel staff begin their shifts early in the morning. I could get to work in the early morning in my 30s. Since I started taking the first train in the morning, I could have maintained my motivation while working. Also, I avoided peak hours, but I found other issues. I could not think of what I should do in my free time.
In my 40s, keeping a proper balance between time and money would be one of my goals.
