Q: Some companies increase that provide working opportunities to disabled persons. What are the causes? What are the solutions? Write at least 250 words.

With the number of human resources is decreasing. Some companies began to recruit disabled persons, such as Down syndrome, autism, and ADHD. In my view, some social issues can solve by technology.

First, people with disabilities can work with technology. For example, persons with ALS(Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) would say awkwardly by themselves because of physical problems. But some restaurants provide robotic waiters. Such robots can control remotely from home. For such mechanisms, persons with ALS can accept orders from customers. As a result, they can contribute to society. Also, some autistic people can not speak well. Some technology helps their work. To illustrate, touch panels select the designated menu, such as a portion of work. For such reason, autistic workers can select appropriate tasks from assigned work. Consequently, they can obtain job skills.

Next, technology helps to attend a meeting. While the meeting, some disabled persons may not able to catch the current flow. In particular, some participants can chat very well. They talk super quickly for autistic people. But captions and such items can solve these issues. Some English learners would not catch up with conversations in the movie. Subtitles help them. Likewise, autistic people can recognize the current flow in the meeting. Besides, some creators can make a video well. In such a case, meeting organizers can order making videos with the caption. For such reasons, they can get both benefits.

In summary, people with disabilities can work well helping by technology. Overall, they also can contribute to society.
