The number of people with ASD is increasing. They are hiring offices or shops. For example, some employers focus on their potential skills such as one task and doing routine work. This is why employers should hire people with ASD.

First, some people with ASD can concentrate on one task. In other words. They can achieve hard-detail tasks. For instance, one bakery shop makes bread. One of the workforces with ASD can observe the thermometer to check the best temperature for baking bread.

Second, it’s hard for instructors to teach how to work with employees with ASD. They are slower than non-ASD persons to grasp a knack. However, after getting a talent, they could work well.

In conclusion, employers should utilize people with ASD. They can focus on one task, and gradually grasp a knack for work.
